All of our work is contractual. This means that new project enquiries by our customers are investigated, priced and submitted back as a quotation so that our customers know that they will not pay anymore than is quoted, subject to amended enquires after this event.
Once a design/planning has been agreed and an indication of price on the products has been offered, a quotation, inventory of materials and labour and a mission statement will be sent to the customer for their consideration. If the customer wants to place the order then a deposit may be asked for so that the works can be secured contractually. We have a lot of experience within this trade and have found that the most effective way to carry out any installation, build or refurbishment is project management, cash flow and having the right materials before the works start, we consider all of this for every type of work we are involved in whatever the size of the job.
